TV/CATV Tuner
The backbone of many set-top box systems, the TV/CATV tuner is a requirement in many set-top box systems today. iSET includes support for a variety of tuner systems and hardware modules that are compatible with international broadcasting standards and specifications.
In addition to selecting the input channel and frequency, this iSET component supports automatic frequency control (AFC) and the ability to set the output channel of the tuner. Additional features include the ability to automatically scan for active channels and to create a list of valid channels.
