Century Embedded Technologies created the Nano-X open-source project back
in 1999. Our motive was simple: to create an open-source graphical windowing system
with many of the features found in today's modern graphical environments - but
targeted at the embedded programming community.
Nano-X is in use today by companies that span the globe and is rapidly becoming
the graphics windowing standard for Embedded Linux. Both client/server and linked
application models are supported, providing maximum flexibility.
Century Embedded Technologies continues to support this important open-source
project through enhancements and community-supplied extensions.
As the Nano-X expert, Century Embedded Technologies offers complete engineering
services that including custom development, porting, software development kits,
and product support.
All Nano-X distributions, including full source code, can be found on the
official Nano-X website.
