12.5. Searching for notes

  1. Tap the Notes button at the top of the screen.

    The Notes application displays the menubar.

  2. Tap the Options menu.

  3. Tap the Search menu item.

    You see the Search dialog box.

  4. Enter the text you want to search for in the What are you looking for field.

  5. Tap the Search button.

    You see the Search Results window.

  6. In the Search Results window, you can open any of the notes by tapping the note summary in the window.

    You can also close the Search Results window by tapping the Done button.
