Change to the directory ~/ipaq/strongarm/src, where ~ represents the directory path in which you created your cross development tree.
Enter the following make commands as the superuser:
make
make filesystem
Make new CRAMFS files for the filesystems that you have changed, following the instructions in the section called Make CRAMFS Files for the Filesystems.
Upload any new CRAMFS files to the iPAQ following the instructions in the section called Upoading Kernel and CRAMFS files to the iPAQ.
Restart your iPAQ.
